About the Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation
The Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization rooted in the transformative power of education. It is dedicated to supporting the next generation of legal professionals and broadening the pipeline of legal talent in Texas, while celebrating the contributions of the Hispanic community to the legal profession. Since its founding in 2006, the Foundation has awarded over $600,000 in scholarships, bar study grants, and internships to law students. Numerous law firms, corporations, law schools, judges, and community members support the organization each year through donations and volunteering. State and federal judges also receive law students selected by the organization as interns each year. The organization is committed to the expansion of opportunity in the legal profession regardless of culture, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or socioeconomic background.
